Best Diablo 2 Druid Builds

1. Elemental Druid - Uses the Fire Skills found in the Elemental Skill line like Fissure and Molten Bolder.
2. Werewolf Druid - Uses Shape Shifting into Werewolf form and destroying enemies.
3. Tornado Druid - Uses the Tornado Skill to deal lots of damage to enemies.
4. Summoner Druid - Uses Ravens, Wolves or a Grizzly do deal damage to enemies.
5. Werebear Druid - Uses Shape Shifting into Werebear form, and is exceptionally tanky.

Fissure Druid Build | Elementalist Druid

The Volcanic Elementalist Druid focuses on the Fire Spells of the ElementalTree. You will be using Fissure as your main way to deal damage to Enemies, and Molten Boulder as an utility spell.

Fissure creates volcanic vents around an area, dealing very high damage per second to any enemy standing on top of them. As a Volcanic Elementalist, you will invoke these fire patches, and then lure Enemies into them. If an enemy manages to survive, you can use the Molten Boulder spell to knock them back and stun them. This will retain your Enemies on the vents, while keeping you safe at the same time.

This build deals very high damage during the early and mid stages of the game, making it one of the easiest builds to complete the game on Normal Difficulty.

It is important to note that this build guide is for the first difficulty (Normal) and up to around Lvl 40. You can still run through Nightmare difficulty if you insist, but I wouldn't recommend it, as you'll find much better options at that point in the game.

If you are a new player I strongly recommend you to save the respec that you get from completing the first mission, called Den of Evil. If you do, you'll be able to talk to Akara and respec your character into a different build once you reach Nightmare difficulty.

Mercenaries

Act 2 Mercenaries are the best choice for all Classes because of their Paladin auras and the ability to equip Polearms. This is very important, because many powerful Runewords can be created on them, providing various buffs or debuffing Enemies.

1. Insight — This will be your main way to recover Mana

1. Prayer (During Normal playthrough)
2. Holy Freeze (During Nightmare)

3. Druid Pelts — (Any Druid Helm that can increase Fissure or an ability of the Elemental Tree)

1. Any Gloves that focus on Life and Resistances will work fine.

Belt

1. As with Gloves, equip one that boosts Life and Resistances.

Boots

1. Anything that has Faster Run/Walk as well as Life and Resistances.

Rings

1.  Anything that has Life and Resistances, will work fine.

Amulets

1. Similar to Rings, if you find any with + Elemental skill will greatly benefit you.

Charm

Try to focus on the ones that grant you:

2. Resistances
3. Magic Find

Shapeshifter Druid Build | Werewolf Druid

While playing the Fury Werewolf Druid in Diablo 2 Resurrected, you’ll shapeshift into a powerful Werewolf that annihilates its enemies in melee combat. You’ll be using the Fury Skill as your main way of dealing damage, Feral Rage to buff yourself.

Level 90 Volanic Elementaist Build Stats

1. Strength: Just enough to use your equipment. This will greatly depend on the gear that you are using, and the +Strength that you get from the rest of your equipment.
2. Dexterity: Depending on the type of equipment that you are using you’ll probably have to spend some points here.
3. Vitality: All remaining points should be spent here.
4. Energy: No points required

Mercenaries

You’ll want to get the Act 2 Holy Freeze or Might Mercenary (from Act 2 Nightmare) for this build. The Holy Freeze Aura is great for dealing with large crowds of enemies while the Might Aura will greatly increase your damage.

When it comes to equipment, the best weapon is the Obedience Runeword. For armor you want to get the Fortitude Runeword and for the helmet Andarie’s Visage.

Weapons & Shields

1. Grief (Runeword) + Stormshield: The Grief weapon deals an amazing amount of damage, and the Stormshield will provide you a lot of resistances as well as a massive 35% damage reduction. I highly recommend you craft Grief on a Phase Blade
2. Death (Runeword): This weapon provides massive damage, Deadly Strike and Crushing Blow. It also has a chance to cast Glacial Spike making it great of crowds of enemies. You’ll want to make this on an ethereal Glorious Axe or Champion Axe due to the Indestructible Mod.
3. Breath of the Dying (Runeword): This weapon provides a massive amount of damage and attack speed in combination with Life Leech and Mana Leech. This is one of the most expensive weapons of the game, so make sure to craft it on a Ethereal weapon to maximize its damage.

Offhand

1. Call To Arms (Runeword) + Spirit Shield (Runeword)

Armor

1. Fortitude (Runeword): This armor not only provides a massive amount of defense and resistances, but also greatly increases your damage.
2. Chains of Honor (Runeword): This armor is great for boosting your defense, provides +2 to all Skills and increases your damage against Demons and Undead enemies.

Gloves

1. Laying of Hands (Unique): These gloves greatly increase your Fire Resistance and provide a massive damage bonus against Demons.
2. Dracul’s Grasp (Uniqe): These gloves have a chance to cast Life Tap, providing you an insane amount of Life Leech

Belt

1. Verdungo’s Hearty Cord (Unique) : This belt provides a massive amount of damage reduction as well as vitality, greatly increasing your survivability.

Boots

1. Gore Rider (Unique): These boots provide +30% faster Run/Walk as well as Open Wounds, Crushing Blow and Deadly Strike making them the best option for this build.

Rings

1. 1x Bul-Kathos’ Wedding Band (Unique): This ring provides +1 to all skills as well as a lot of life.
2. 1x Raven Frost (Unique): This ring prevents that you get frozen, which is very important for this build. If you can afford a Cham Rune, you can insert it on your helmet and use an additional Bul-Kathos’ Wedding Band

Amulets

1. Highlord’s Wrath (Unique): This amulet provides +1 to skills as well as Deadly Strike and Lightning Resistance.
2. Mara’s Kaleidoscope (Unique): This amulet provide +2 to all Skills as well as +20-30 to all resistances and +5 to all attributes.

Charm
