Gargoyle Head is a Normal Shrunken Head in Diablo 2. Gargoyle Head can only be equipped by the Necromancer. Shrunken Heads are off-hand equipment that act as the equivalent of Shields for other Classes. Although they grant Defense, their main focus is to boost some Necromancer Skills to the wielder.
