Arctic Blast is a Druid Skill in Diablo 2. Arctic Blast is part of the Elemental Skills Tree and requires level 6 to be unlocked. Skills usually define a character's playstyle and are divided by Class and Skill Tree. Some Skills have synergies, which provide benefits to other skills on the same Skill Tree.

 

Aided by the will of the North Winds, the Druid conjures up a chilling torrent of frost
that incapacitates all caught within the frozen blast.

Arctic Blast Information

Effect

  • Blast a continuous jet of ice to burn your enemies with frost
  • Cast Delay: None

 Important Note: With the release of Patch 2.4 this skill has suffered some changes

  • Removed synergy from Hurricane
  • Base damage and level scaling increased by ~100% (also to compensate for the incorrect damage calculation in the past)
  • Controls are updated so that the skill now casts in free form and no longer locks onto one target at a time
