Increasing Faster Hit Recovery will lower the Stun effect time when your character receives a lot of damage in one hit.

Faster Hit Recovery is a Stat in Diablo 2. Faster Hit Recovery is represented in percentage, this value can be increased to decrease the amount of time it takes to recover from a stun effect when your character receives a big amount of damage in a single hit. Reducing the Stun effect time is very useful to escape from dangerous combats when surrounded by Enemies.

The Base Recover Parameter is a value that every Class has as indicated below:

The Hit Recovery Animation Speed Value is required to calculate the Hit Recovery Time.

Effective Hit Recovery

You can calculate the Effective Hit Recovery value using the Faster Hit Recovery as follows:

Faster Hit Recovery × 120


Faster Hit Recovery + 120

 

= Effective Hit Recovery

The Hit Recovery in Frames is where all these values start to be useful and can be calculated with all the previous variables as indicated below:

BRP: Base Recovery Parameter

 

The Diablo 2 Resurrected timings are set to work as if the game was at 25 FPS (Frames per Second) even though the rendered FPS might be much higher. The Hit Recovery in Frames will only be affected by Faster Hit Recovery when you reach certain Breakpoints of it, otherwise there won't be any advantage or disadvantaged added to your character.
