Frigid Highlands Information
The Frigid Highlands can be accessed from Bloody Foothills. The Arreat Plateau can be accessed from here and the Abaddon dungeon can be found here too. It contains three barbarian prison camps around in random locations and it's required to destroy them for the Rescue on Mount Arreat quest. The waypoint can be found after the stairs from Bloody Foothills, close the super unique monster: Eldritch the Rectifier.
