Shrunken Heads in Diablo 2 are a type of Equipment exclusive for the Necromancer. They can be wielded in the off-hand, much like Shields but differ in that they don't grant the Necromancer a defense focused set of abilities, and tend to go more to the Magic effects. You cannot hold 2 Shrunken Heads at the same time on the same weapon tab.
Shrunken Heads can have 1 to 3 bonuses that grant +1 to +3 to Necromancer Skills. Shrunken Heads also come with one Auto Mod at a time. These automatically-generated bonuses act as Affixes and, some of the strongest don't spawn on rare items.
