Darkforce Spawn | Diablo 2 Wiki | Modifiers and Bonuses

Darkforce Spawn is a Unique Shrunken Head in Diablo 2. Darkforce Spawn can only be equipped by the Necromancer. Shrunken Heads are off-hand equipment that act as the equivalent of Shields for other Classes. Although they grant Defense, their main focus is to boost some Necromancer Skills to the wielder.
