Swarm is an Enemy (Normal Monster) in Diablo 2. Swarm is a Animal and can be found for the first time in Act 2. Enemies in Diablo 2 have multiple variants, that can be distinguished by their colour and/or name, but graphically they look the same, this means that the monsters are the same but their stats are different. These variations are listed below.
Swarm Information
Swarms are large numbers of insects, coupled with demonic influence. These Swarms of stinging, biting, and sucking insects consume every living thing in their path. They are resistant to most attacks and they are not easily chased. Their stinging attacks often drain stamina, making it all the more difficult to retreat from combat. Swarms have a special attack that drains Stamina. You cannot steal Mana or Life from a Swarm.
