Megademon | Diablo 2 Resurrected | Strategies, Stats & Tips

Megademon is an Enemy (Normal Monster) in Diablo 2. Megademon is a Demon and can be found for the first time in Act 4. Enemies in Diablo 2 have multiple variants, that can be distinguished by their colour and/or name, but graphically they look the same, this means that the monsters are the same but their stats are different. These variations are listed below.

Megademon Information

Megademons are spawned from the hottest fires of Hell with no other purpose than to act as a scourge to mortal souls. Wielding jagged blades, they seek to hew the limbs from their victims and bring a bloody end to any who would oppose the might of their dark lords. Megademons have an Inferno like attack they may use when you get within melee range. The Inferno is incredibly damaging so high Fire resistance and Fire Absorb gear will offer some protection. Fight them at a distance whenever possible or kill them as quickly as possible.
