Chilling Armor is a Sorceress Skill in Diablo 2. Chilling Armor is part of the Cold Spells Tree and requires level 24 to be unlocked. Skills usually define a character's playstyle and are divided by Class and Skill Tree. Some Skills have synergies, which provide benefits to other skills on the same Skill Tree.
Important Note: With the release of Patch 2.4 this skill has been updated.
The best defensive spell available to a Sorceress is manifest in this formidable armor. The spell actually defends against ranged attacks, turning aside arrow and bolt. Those seeking to engage the Sorceress shall soon feel the icy bite of their folly.

Chilling Armor Receives Synergy From:
- Frozen Armor: +10 Seconds per level
- Frozen Armor: +9% Cold Damage per level
- Shiver Armor: +10 Seconds per level
- Shiver Armor: +9% Cold Damage per level
Note: In Patch 2.4, Frozen Armor and Chilling Armor Synergies were increased from 7 to 9%
Chilling Armor Provides Synergy to:
- Frozen Armor: +10 Seconds per level
- Frozen Armor: +5% Freeze length per level
- Shiver Armor: +10 Seconds per level
- Shiver Armor: +9% Cold Damage per level

Note: Since Patch 2.4, Damage level scaling was incrreaqsed by about 200% and Duration Bonus per level increased from 6 to 12 seconds. Defense Baseline increased from 45% to 60% and Defense Bonus per level increased from 5% to 7%.
